International shipping is available on all of our products. Contact us If you are interested in getting the shipping cost for delivery to your location — don’t forget to include the items and quantity.
Note: The customer is responsible for all duty, customs, & broker fees if applicable. Once your order leaves our premises.
• Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your purchase with original receipt or invoice.

Returns and exchanges:
• Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return.
• Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within fourteen (14) days of the delivery confirmation date with original receipt or invoice.
• If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different product. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customers. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping — all claims must be filed with the carrier.
• All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Shipping and delivery:
• Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
• All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship after they are received.
• We primarily use USPS to deliver our orders.
• We will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier when your order has been shipped. Please note that international orders will not have tracking numbers.
• Once an order ships from Electric Gutter, tracking is the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the USPS tracking number you are provided with as a parcel ships.
• The rate charged for the International shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to stop the ordering process.
• Orders shipped outside the United States will take 2 to 3 weeks (plus customs clearance) for delivery.
